i need something that will really work. its not that im small, im average, i just want to be bigger. i dont want to take pills because i've heard they dont work. and i'm willing for operation, maybe girth is better than length. how much is the cost and what is the easiest ways?

The penis enlarges when excited, period. If you want it to remain enlarged for a longer period, then there are drugs such as Viagra and Cialis. If you want a larger organ, try a transplant, because the stuff you see in magazines and porn shops are just novelties and serve no real purpose.
