What is the ideal weight for my height?

Hello There, I am 6"2 1/2 and I weigh 205... also is it true that muscle weighs more? because I live on a farm and I am also a landscaper, I do a lot of physical activity.. any answers appreciated.. Yeah, I know very well I am not ripped, but I do not appear fat in the mirror..

Use this to calculate your Body Mass Index yourself! http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ * Underweight = <18.5 * Normal weight = 18.5-24.9 * Overweight = 25-29.9 * Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater If you're too lazy, I did it for you: 26.0 And I calculated and to fall under the "Normal weight" BMI you'd have to be between 146 lbs and 196 lbs!! But it's all about you!! Don't worry about #s and all that hoohaa. It's just if YOU are happy with the way you look and feel.
