If he knows how to use plenty of contraception & uses- spermicide gel, condoms etc. both together each time & safely. And the woman is also on the depot-provera shot or BCPs. He is physically quite safe. If he is doing it with an underage girl she may be physically at risk of internal damageI. Plus the guy could go to jail. Otherwise it's up to him & his intended partner to decide. It's best not done drunk though! Just don't trust the woman to not want to deliberately get pregnant guys. Women usually love babies, no matter what they tell you. Both use your own safe reliable contraception & plenty of it.
