I want to know that is viewing porn normal and healthy? If yes then why is it banned on the work computers? Nowadays companies give the employees break for sometime so that they can relax themselves by taking naps or working on treadmills. So why not allow them watching porn if its so healthy?

No, it's neither normal nor healthy. It's extremely destructive in ways most folks don't realize.
