I need to know this .how long can a man stay with out masturbating ?It is more than a week that i have stopped it completely because when ever i do it i become excited and have to fight till it goes.How more time i can control and move on without doing it ?Look i know its healthy but i dont want to do it ?

1. gain more self-control
2. it takes 21 days to break a habit (on average) but its just a state of mind so.....just try and break this bad habit
but masturbating is normal so its ok if you do it every once in a while
