I want to know that why do men get erection in early morning or at nights? Is it normal for a 55 years old man to get erections? Does it mean that he is sexually active at this age also?

Well ive always thought it was a sign that i needed to Pee....
I don't feel horny in the morning when i wake up with a erection , i guess its just my body's way of telling me i need to masturbate and pee .
