I have anxiety but This doesn't feel like it at all, plus I have nothing to be anxious about. I also am anemic and stopped taking my iron for a while and i'm badly anemic I've been freezing lately, but last night My heart was beating so fast and couldn't breath good it's weird, and today my heart is normal I think but I'm still having trouble breathing like deep in should I make a doc appointment or something what wrong :( ?
I'm seventeen, My skin looks fine, my breathing is a lot better I took a shower but still it's a bit hard, I'm waiting for my dad to call and ask him what to do and tell him to make my appointment cuz I don't even have the # to my doctors office, so yeah. Also I know it was stupid to stop taking my iron it's just it bothered me and then I just kept for getting to take it, very stupid I know.
I also just finished my 2nd pack of birth control pills im on the white ones now the inactive ones, I don't they yaz is bothering me though I've been fine and right now im not even taking them I'm suppost to get my period so I don't think my heart would race for that reason and shortness of breath.

Yup, your anemia has gotten much worse. Why do you bother going to see a doctor when you aren't going to do what he tells you to do? had you taken your meds all along, this would not have happened, now it may be bad enough to require a transfusion of blood to keep you alive, skip the office go directly to the emergency room, THIS IS AN EMERGENCY.
