CHEST PAIN SHOULD ALWAYS BE EVALUATED BY AN ER. It may be too much caffeine today or too much stress, or wicked heartburn, but chest pain can be very serious and the headache could mean your blood pressure in high. Crushing pain and pressure, especially if it moves to the back or arm is highly suspicious of a heart attack. 19 year olds generally dont get them, but it's possible. Please go to the ER.
