lump at babies face

Dear doctor, I have a child boy 4 years old,
4 months before babies face had a lump.
Doctors check every thing and told its normal.
after 3 weeks before again this lump came.
padiatric sergon done all scans, CT scan, ....
they told its nothing there.
but baby was paining.
pls help me.

lymph nodes that may come and go with infections around face and scalp, may give rise to such lumpish swellings off and on.
