I have been followed up by my gyn for ovarin cyst. First vaginal ultrasound was 2 cm simple cyst, month of May, then 2nd was June, 5 cm., returned this August, simple cyst turned into complex septated cyst. Ca 125 was done and result is 140. What does it mean. Very worried.
