my daughter is suffering with hyperactivity she can not be stay at place for a minute but she can understand everything also she unable to talk as a normal child

Is it attention deficit disorder, then it has to be treated by a child psychiatirst. You shall see improvements in her behavour. Studies shall also be a problem withut proper treatment.
