  • Prioritize the things in your life
  • Manage the time properly by making to-do lists, by prioritize the tasks, share the work load at home and at office
  • Take care of your own health.
  • Find a flexible employer.
  • Separate the work and family life
  • Take a career break whenever you need
  • Ignore unnecessary activities
  • Seek help from family members or friends to balance your life
  • Plan fun and relaxation time for yourself like yoga, sports.
  • Find a new career or new job if the current career is stressful.
